Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
⚠️ Early expiry of the right of withdrawal in the case of digital content
Our online courses are digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you
- have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins, and
- we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract in text form.
If you do not give this consent, your right of withdrawal remains in place. In that case, access will only be activated after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You decide — both are possible.
Right of withdrawal for coaching appointments
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for 1:1 coaching and for practical flight training.
If you expressly request that we begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period has expired, you shall, in the event of withdrawal, pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided up to the withdrawal.

No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs
The right of withdrawal exists only for consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). If, when concluding the contract, you act in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have no statutory right of withdrawal.
