Beyond that, travel and accommodation are quoted openly as part of the brief, so you get one number before you commit — not a surcharge afterwards.
In most cases, yes — and it is already arranged rather than something to sort out later. Alongside the EU registration and the remote pilot certificates A1/A3 and A2, Luftraumwerk holds national drone licences and the matching insurance cover for the countries it works in, including destinations well beyond Europe such as Japan and Thailand. What still gets checked for every single booking is the specific location: restricted zones, local permits, notification requirements. If something is not permitted, you hear it before you pay, not after.
€390 when the drone is added to a shoot already happening, €490 for a single property, €790 for a half day, €1,190 for a full day. Final prices including editing and finished files. Travel is included within 50 km of Forchheim; anywhere else it is quoted with the brief.

For a terraced house in a dense street, usually not — the air shows little the floor plan does not already say. It is worth it when the setting, the grounds, the surroundings or the sheer scale are the selling point: a position above a bay, a large estate, a hotel with its landscape, a company site. If it is not worth it, I will say so before you book.
