Airspace, weather and the question of when not to fly.
That was my everyday working life before I started flying myself: 25 years with Deutsche Lufthansa, in active flight service. For you that means: I clear the permissions in advance, you carry no risk, and if a plan will not work that way, I tell you before you book instead of afterwards.
Added to that is the craft behind it: editing, colour grading and visual language. You do not get a raw clip, but a finished film.

Aerial filming is a production service — I fly for you. If you or your team want to learn to fly yourselves, that is part of the Luftraumwerk Academy: A1/A3 and A2, one-to-one training and company training, with practice and exam preparation.

Final prices including travel within 50 km, editing and finished files. Planning and obtaining the necessary flight clearances are included in every price. If the weather forces a postponement, it costs you nothing. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is added.
Ask for a quoteFor a terraced house in a dense street, usually not — the air shows little the floor plan does not already say. It is worth it when the setting, the grounds, the surroundings or the scale are the selling point. If it is not worth it, I will say so beforehand.
Your property is filmed, not the neighbourhood. Other people's properties, recognisable people and number plates are avoided or removed in the edit. On request, I inform the neighbours in advance.
That depends on the location, not on the property. In control zones, over nature reserves or crowds, clearances are required. I obtain them in advance.
Then there is no flight. In rain, fog or too much wind the date is moved at no cost, and there are no cancellation costs.
