What does AI integration actually mean?
AI is built into your existing workflows: quotes, copy, reports, routine tasks. Your tools stay — AI takes over the legwork.
What is skill generation?
A skill is a saved work instruction for the AI — your workflow, taught properly once. After that anyone on the team runs it with a click: always the same, always to your standard.
Is our data safe?
We settle that before we start: which data the AI may see and which it may not. I rely on tools with European data protection options and clear settings — and your team learns the rules along the way.
Is training mandatory for companies?
Since February 2025 the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff (Art. 4). Hands-on training is the simplest way to meet that — and turns the duty into an advantage.
Do you come to our premises?
Yes — on site in Franconia (Forchheim, Bamberg, Erlangen, Nuremberg and the surrounding area) and remote throughout Germany. A mix works too: start together on site, then carry on online.
Will AI replace our staff?
No — it takes the routine off their hands. Your people's experience becomes more valuable, because there is more time left for what really takes skill.
